Brooks Koepka takes aim at LIV Golf after rebel’s “biggest win” was snubbed
The only LIV Golf player to win a major championship in 2023 was Brooks Koepka, but the American was unimpressed because his victory at the PGA Championship was excluded from the LIV season standings.
After the American’s victory at the PGA Championship garnered no points in the league’s Order of Merit, Brooks Koepka has questioned the structure of the season-long standings in LIV Golf.
Cam Smith, Talor Gooch, and Bryson DeChambeau are the only three players left in the 2023 regular LIV campaign, which concludes this week in Jeddah, to compete for the £15 million ($18 million) first-place prize. The top three have a combined seven victories on the breakaway circuit this year.
