The FIA has confirmed the starting grid for the United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas.
Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc will start from the front row after edging Lando Norris of McLaren in a thrilling Friday qualifying session.
On the second row of the grid, Lewis Hamilton starts in front of Carlos Sainz, while George Russell and Max Verstappen are two rows further back after having their best laps disqualified for exceeding track limits.
Alpine duo Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon head Sergio Perez and Oscar Piastri to round out the top 10, whilst four drivers will start from the pit lane after making changes under parc fermé.
Those are both Aston Martin and Haas drivers, leaving just 16 cars on the grid.
