Tiger Woods makes golf course return after hint dropped over possible comeback date.

Tiger Woods has not featured on the PGA Tour since suffering an ankle injury at the Masters Tournament in April, and in recent weeks the American has ramped up his preparation to return

Yet again tiger Woods has been spotted back on the green, as the 82-time PGA Visit champ keeps on recuperating from a line of continuous injury issues that have left him incapable to contend.

Woods has not highlighted seriously since the Experts in April, when he had to pull out in the third round because of a lower leg injury. Soon after, the 15-time significant boss went through a medical procedure on the issue and has been recuperating from that point forward.

In recent weeks the 47-year-old has been seen with a club in hand out on the golf course on a number of occasions, and his latest came on the range of Albany Golf Club in the Bahamas.

Woods was out in the Caribbean to feature at an event promoted by one of his sponsors, Monster Energy, as a picture circulated of the American swinging freely on the range. The course in question is home to the Hero World Challenge, a PGA Tour event hosted by the 2019 Masters champion each year.

The event – that kicks off on November 30 – released its limited 20-man field last month, but only 19 of the 20 players competing were named on the entry list. The 20th, and final spot was left free with the tag ‘TBA tournament exemption’ listed.

It has been widely rumoured that the spot in question is currently being left vacant for tournament host Woods, who is expected to make a decision on whether he will be fit enough to compete closer to the time. With speculation over his future continuing to circulate, Woods himself broke his silence last week after providing an update on his fitness.

Whilst he admitted his ankle injury had fully recovered, Woods is still struggling elsewhere in his body. “My ankle is fine,” the five-time Masters champion said. “Where they fused my ankle, I have absolutely zero issue whatsoever. That pain is completely gone.

“It’s the other areas that have been compensated for. But all the surrounding areas are where I had all my problems and still do.” Woods infamously limped his way around Augusta National in torrid Georgia conditions, before opting to finally pull out of the event amid his struggles.

All the more as of late however the American’s wellness seems to have definitely improved, having been seen serenely advancing around El Cardonal at Diamante at the new Overall Innovation Title, and while assisting for his child Charlie during a 54-opening junior competition recently.

Woods will most likely be quick to get back to contest having tumbled to a lifelong low in the Authority World Golf Rankings this week. His nonattendance from the PGA Visit has seen him tumble down the rankings, as he right now sits 1,307th on the planet, passing his past low of 1,294th which he arrived at in February prior to returning at the Beginning Invitational.
