EXPLORING TIGER WOODS’ OPTIONS AFTER JUST ENDING IT WITH NIKE
Tiger Woods has officially parted ways with Nike after 27 years with the sporting giant. GolfMagic takes a look at where the golfer could end up.
When Tiger Woods appeared frustrated with a question about his future with Nike last December his departure from the sporting giant felt inevitable.
It was a question of when, not if.
We now have our solution, and the legendary golfer will no longer be donning the equally legendary swoosh.
The 48-year-old Woods has committed to writing “another chapter.”
Where is the key question?
GolfMagic has made the decision to investigate a few possible solutions for the large feline.
Now let’s get started.
Greyson Clothiers
Greyson seems a natural fit considering the brand counts his good buddy Justin Thomas as one of their ambassadors, alongside fellow PGA Tour pro and 2022 U.S. Open champion Matthew Fitzpatrick.
Tiger’s teenage son Charlie was also wearing Greyson clothing during their last appearance at the PNC Championship.
Charlie appeared to have signed a deal with Greyson, but a post endorsing that message was hastily deleted by the brand.
FootJoy
When Woods returned to men’s professional golf after his car crash at the 2022 Masters, the 15-time major champion was wearing FootJoy shoes.
He said Nike were working towards developing a shoe that was more stable for his gammy, fused right ankle that is held together by screws at this point but nothing materialised.
His own brand
Other high-profile figures from the world of elite sport have found success in this bracket.
It wouldn’t be unreasonable to think Tiger could go it alone.
On Running
The running shoe and clothing brand has seen its popularity skyrocket in recent years. Tennis legend Roger Federer signed an equity deal with the company when he left Nike.
TaylorMade
As pointed out by @TWLegion, the OEM has been recruiting a team for their new apparel division.
Malbon Golf
The brand posted this when Tiger broke the news he was leaving Nike:
Jason Day, the former No. 1 in the world, left Nike during the summer and has since changed his appearance on the PGA Tour.
Opinion at The Sentry was divided over his baggy pants.
Is Tiger going to rock that early 2000s look again?

Castore
Another high-end company that had Fitzpatrick on their roster prior to his breakup.
