Tiger Woods’ ‘little brother’ Justin Thomas sells his $3.5 million ‘starter’ mansion and it’s the ultimate bachelor pad.
Thomas reportedly upgraded recently to a $13.5 million house on the water in the same area after getting married in November.
PGA Tour star Justin Thomas unloaded his home in the exclusive golfing community of Jupiter, Florida.
The property, dubbed Thomas’ “starter house” by Golf Digest, was on the market for $3.5 million just months after he got married, and was listed by former golfer Johnny DelPrete of Douglas Elliman Realty.
Thomas is considered Tiger Woods’ closest friend on the PGA Tour and has even been referred to by Tiger as his “younger brother” and an “older brother” to Tiger’s son, Charlie Woods. So it’s no surprise that the house for sale is just three miles from Tiger’s home on Jupiter Island.

In 2022, Woods explained his bond with Thomas during a practice round for the Masters: “Witnessing Charlie’s development since his last play at Augusta was enjoyable,” Woods expressed.  “As a family, we had a great time coming out here, accompanied by Robbie McNamara and JT, who is akin to a younger brother to me and an older brother to Charlie. Playing together was a fantastic experience.  The weather was ideal, making it an impeccable day.”Â
