LANDO NORRIS CRITICIZES ‘UNDERRATED’ COMMENTS FROM CARLOS SAINZ AFTER IMPRESSIVE PERFORMANCE IN THE AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX.

Carlos Sainz delivers an impressive performance at the 2024 Australian Grand Prix. Since his return to the F1 grid, he has become the talk of the town. He showcased his skills at the Albert Park circuit and his former teammate openly criticized the notion that Sainz is underrated.

After missing the Jeddah event due to surgery for appendicitis, Sainz made a comeback at the Australian GP. Despite not being expected to do well, he surprised everyone by winning the 58-lap race with an impressive performance.

After Sainz achieved remarkable success, there has been a lot of talk within the Formula 1 community about the fact that he is not given enough recognition in the sport.

However, Lando Norris has a contrasting viewpoint on the issue. Sainz has won three races in his sport after performing exceptionally well at Albert Park. Even though he is no longer with Ferrari, his career is flourishing and he is being sought after as a driver for 2025.

Norris has stated that those who know Carlos Sainz personally do not undervalue him.

Additionally, he acknowledges that Sainz has shown improvement in his performance.

In 2022, Sainz was the sole driver not from Red Bull to win a Grand Prix.” Norris strongly believes that Sainz is currently performing at the highest level of his career.

Max Verstappen’s absence from the Australian race enabled Sainz and the other driver to catch up to him.

The increasing competitiveness of the SF-24 could pose difficulties for the leading Red Bulls at the upcoming Japanese Grand Prix.

It is uncertain if the Ferrari competitor will perform well at the fast Suzuka track in F1 and if Carlos Sainz will once again take the lead in the three-day event. Sainz will be the center of attention during the upcoming Japanese GP in the following month.
