Tyrrell Hatton lands first LIV Golf title with dominant display in Nashville.

England’s Tyrrell Hatton captures both individual and team honours at LIV Golf Nashville.

England’s Tyrrell Hatton captured his first LIV Golf League title with a dominant display in Nashville, United States.

Hatton, who is 32 years old, ended the week with a 6-under 65 to wrap up the tournament at 19-under par, a comfortable six shots ahead of his fellow countryman Sam Horsfield. The captain of Legion XIII, Jon Rahm, was one shot behind in third place with Joaquin Niemann, Lee Westwood, and Bryson DeChambeau.

Hatton’s win signifies his eighth victory in his professional career, in addition to his sole PGA Tour win and six titles from the DP World Tour.

Heading into the last round, Hatton was leading by three shots after playing the final seven holes exceptionally well, scoring 6-under par.

On Sunday, he continued to apply pressure on the gas pedal by scoring eight birdies and shooting a strong 65.

Hatton played an important part in assisting Rahm’s Legion XIII team in achieving team honors for the third time this season. Legion XIII, including Kieran Vincent and Caleb Surratt, secured a five-shot win with a score of 40-under par.

In the last round, both Hatton and Rahm were recorded by hot microphones. Rahm attributed the blame to a drone, while Hatton attributed it to the wind.
