Simone Biles Shares the Biggest Challenge She Disliked About the 2024 Paris Olympics
It has been the year of Simone Biles 2024. And as is customary given that it is an Olympic Games year, there was always going to be one standout who took the summer as his/her own. Some thought it was going to be Biles, and well… it was. The best in gymnastics, Biles earned four medals in total, 3/3 of them being gold.
For as long as many athletes competed, Biles was simply too good for the rest and owning the event. That’s just who she is as a competitor and how gifted she is at basketball. Often regarded by fans as being perhaps the most talented gymnast that the world has ever seen, Biles effectively signed off his career in Paris at the age of 27 years. However, on the real life context, sometimes it was not as fabulous as she took it to be on television.
Simone Biles calls for new beds at LA 2028.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Biles was asked about changes she would make for the Olympics to be hosted in Los Angeles in 2028. She at least knows there is one thing for sure about the world that must be shifted.
It is a very reasonable complaint indeed, and one that has been voiced by almost every Olympic competitor. Well yes, they are all equals I think, they are all sleeping on the same type of bed and as such it is quite surprising that the Olympic committee has not touched on it.
Yes it turns out it is to save money, but enough complaining by high profile Olympians should make a change by LA 2028.
Biles wasn’t the only one bothered by it.
