Olympic gymnast Simone Biles was in the Windy City this Sunday afternoon to watch her husband, Jonathan Owens, suit up for the Chicago Bears. They defeated the Los Angeles Rams in a thriller.
Biles and Owens began dating in 2020. Earlier this year, he got a green light from the Bears to skip several of the training camp sessions to be able to watch his wife compete at the Paris Olympics. He was finally able to snap a picture with her one of the gold medals. At first it may look like a scene out of some romantic comedy but fans of the U.S. gymnast were not happy about it. So hopefully rather unfairly they vaguely accused him of attempting to steal the limelight.
Finally, Biles ran to her social media account and informed everyone to leave her husband alone.
“Crazy thing is, the very same helmet I placed on every single one of my family members and took pictures with it. So don’t ever make assumptions,” Biles wrote. Oh yeah, just like y’all are so [expletive] miserable. Leave us alone.”
On Sunday afternoon, Biles did not have to worry about people complaining her husband. They were too engrossed saying how flattering she looked.
Biles arrived at Sunday’s game dressed in Bears sweater and white mini skirt. It was an incredible look for the most decorated American gymnast known in Olympics history.
In response, the Bears tweeted a video of Biles entering Soldier Field.

The bears will be back in Chicago for the next two games. They will face the Carolina Panthers at the Bye Week 4 and the Jacksonville Jaguars on the Week 5, October 6 and October 13 respectively.
That would mean that, if the forecast is correct, Biles should for Sunday’s next game.
