Bryson DeChambeau drops Happy Gilmore 2 Netflix bombshell after Adam Sandler trailer

Bryson DeChambeau has teased that he will feature in Happy Gilmore 2 after the trailer was released on Christmas Day, with the Netflix film set to be released in 2025.

Bryson DeChambeau has dropped a juicy hint he’s teeing off alongside Adam Sandler in the much-awaited Netflix sequel to Happy Gilmore, heading our way in 2025.

The golf pro whipped social media into a frenzy after sharing a photo with Sandler and his U.S. Open trophy as he celebrated the Christmas Day release of the Happy Gilmore 2 trailer. Sandler gifted fans a festive treat – a social media post featuring a 30-second glimpse of the new film.

It revealed that some heavyweight come back in the dua include Julie Bowen as Virginia Venit, the asymmetrical lips of Happy, Christopher McDonald as Shooter McGavin.

Almost three decades later, it appears there’s more in store for Happy and Shooter’s classic game. It might as well be a couple of famous faces as the cast list includes Kansas City Chiefs NFL football tight end Travis Kelce who can also act, well at least he looks like he can given his scene where he plays, or at least attempts to play a waiter.

“Happy Chanukah! Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays! and Happy Gilmore to all!!!!!! But, before anything else, here are some highlights that were transformed into banner ads. Sandler captioned the post. Er, Mekhi later shared his part on social media, where he posted a picture of him with DeChambeau and wrote: What an experience.. HAPPY GILMORE 2 will be released in 2025 on Netflix.

Posting a photo of Happy’s trademark hockey stick putter, along with a picture taken during the shooting with the crew, the LIV Golf star shared the message with his 2.2 million Instagram followers. For some reason, it is expected that DeChambeau will feature in the movie in some way or the other, but there is no official word yet.

When the movie was revived this year, some big names in the men’s professional golf have been reported to be involved. Audiences are anxious for six-time major champion Lee Trevino, who appeared in the first draft of 1996, and then he would like to return in 2025 somehow or other.

Rising golf star Rory McIlroy is another celebrity birth pictured capitulating to the Happy Gilmore sequel rumors, after his manager was overheard at the 2012 BMW PGA Championship stating that the player was unable to attend an occasion due to filming for Happy Gilmore 2, as reported in Today’s Golfer.

DeChambeau’s name has also been heavily linked, and it seems the Crushers GC captain has indicated his part with his latest post on social media.
