LUCAS GLOVER WITHDRAWS FROM PGA TOUR EVENT AT THE LAST MINUTE FOR STUPID REASON.

Lucas Glover has revealed he was forced to withdraw from the PGA Tour’s Waste Management Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale at the last minute.

Lucas Glover, who has won numerous titles on the PGA Tour, was forced to pull out of the Waste Management Phoenix Open unexpectedly.

Glover revealed to Golf Channel he had a text message from a tournament official asking where he was one minute before his schedule tee-time.

But the golfer mis-read his text messages from the Tour informing him which group he would be playing in earlier in the week.

He informed the publication that he had misinterpreted his text messages and was now feeling regretful and amused at his own mistake.

Glover was originally scheduled to play alongside Nico Echavarria and Tom Hoge, but he was substituted by Ryo Hisatsune in the field.

Scottie Scheffler is the current title holder of the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
