The Secret Service was promptly informed of several shots being fired towards Trump at 1:30pm local time.    A witness stepped up and informed the Secret Service that they had observed the suspect emerging from a group of bushes at the golf course and getting into a black Nissan.

The bystander was able to capture a photo of the car and the license plate, providing crucial evidence for the Secret Service’s inquiry as they swiftly located the suspect.

During a press conference, the Secret Service verified that Trump was positioned 300 to 500 yards from the suspect who started shooting.    A rifle resembling an AK-47 with a scope, along with two backpacks and a GoPro, have been found.

A scope enables you to aim at someone from a far distance in order to carry out an assassination.    Two months after surviving an assassination attempt at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on 13 July, Trump faced another incident today.

There are now inquiries into how the individual gained entry to Trump National Golf Club in West Palm Beach and how they were aware that Trump would be playing there today.    The Secret Service is preparing to conduct a briefing.
